BMW Turkey's mobile app aims to bring users' brand engagement and service experience to their smartphones. The app offers a customized customer experience, bringing sales, service, and membership processes together on a single platform. Key features: · View, design, and reserve your preferred BMW model through the app, and easily access favorites and designed vehicles through the "My Garage" menu. · Manage your appointments directly from your mobile device, request a test drive, and track your delivery and order status step by step. · Service and maintenance processes are now more transparent: You can schedule appointments by selecting authorized service centers and consultants through the app, view transactions and pricing information in advance, and easily inquire about warranty status, extended warranty packages, and recalls. · Small differences create big advantages: This platform also offers exclusive customer experiences such as BMW Prime benefits, subscription management, and viewing of advantage codes. · Along with all these features, the app also sends personalized notifications, along with current campaigns and offers.




What have we done?
At Rise Technology, we had the privilege of meticulously developing this comprehensive mobile solution. Throughout the project, we: · Provided a seamless cross-platform experience using modern technologies (e.g., React Native or similar high-performance solutions). · Created an application that works seamlessly on both iOS and Android, with a fluid interface and powerful backend integrations that enhance customer engagement. · Integrated all of the BMW brand's digital needs for sales, test drives, service, and subscriptions into a single application. Thanks to this project, BMW Turkey: · Increased brand reach by deepening the customer experience through digital channels, · Strengthened user loyalty and satisfaction by mobilizing service and sales processes, · Offered customers an innovative, integrated, and richly offered mobile experience.
