MEDCEM is a powerful group operating under the Eren Holding umbrella, conducting cement, concrete, port, and marketing activities. Bringing this corporate vision to the digital world, the MEDCEM Mobile App allows users to manage their internal and customer-focused operations on a single platform. The app's key features include: · Access to product details and information about cement group companies. · Ability for non-customers to place orders. · Access to current account information, real-time accounts receivable and debit balances, invoice and check tracking, collateral, and delivery information. · Order creation and tracking, customer complaint notification, and tracking system. · Customer satisfaction surveys, receiving/sending notifications, and staff access to current account information from their mobile devices, enabling support from any location.
What have we done?
As Rise Technology, we handled the mobile development of the application from start to finish. The application was launched with the aim of providing a user-friendly, high-performance, and reliable experience on iOS and Android platforms. With this project, MEDCEM: · Brought together corporate and customer-focused digital experiences. · Provided customers with a fast, transparent, and integrated service channel. · Increased the effectiveness of staff in customer support via mobile devices.
